I love this util. It's a pwoerful satellite imagery prog of the entire US, and damn is it nice. http://opensource.arc.nasa.gov/software.jsp?id=13

A satellite snapshop of where I work (Washington DC) :D I work in the big rectangle building near the center of the image with a white roof. Also worth mentioning, you may notice the White House and the Lincoln Memorial in the pics.

This makes me want to play Sim City :D

Nah man :( It only works by GPS coordinates OR... finding it yourself ;( It was hella hard finding my place; I had to look at all the names surrounding the area for a good while before I found my house.

I should also note some areas have a higher resolution than others. in the high-res areas, you can really zoom up close and see a fair amount of detail.

Cool! Pretty neat that we can use the nasa opensource photo's to explore places. Saw something about this site on TV a few mnths ago. Never did get the chance to go there. But I'll bookmark it this time, so I'll have it when I get time to explore. Thnx vers. Nice airial view of your workplace and surrounding area.
