Fuse blown OR all gone

my friend told me that he had change the voltage of the power supply to the other one then he switch on which did not on then he change back and switch on it did not on either, so does that mean all is spolit or maybe just the fues blow thank u for answering

If you change the voltage on a PSU while its plugged in or try to use it after it has been set to the incorrect voltage you will kill it.

The other hardware should be ok.
