AMD price question

Why does the AMD FX-53 retail cost less than the OEM version on newegg? I looked at it, and from what i can see, it is identical except for fan and heatsink..

from the looks of it the only difference is 15 bux and it seems to me that the extra 15 will give you a fan and heatsink and retail box. lol

Yes, thats how it should be, but the retail is less then the oem. Maybe the hsf sucks (no pun inteded) so much that it goes into the negative money range?? :rolleyes:
