Another easy program that changes themes, boot screens, log on screens, icons, and much more. Style XP has come a long way its easy to use now and works with windows xp sp2, changing the look of windows xp has never been made simple before give it a try. Rember this is not a free program.

I use hacked uxtheme.dlls instead. Its free and doesnt come with any of the extra bloat or services.
