help w/ cfm form processing

i realize that Icrontic forums is more of a hardware forum, but i find that the members herein are much more responsive that many other tech forums.

i'm pretty sure that my code problem is in line #4, but i don't know what it should be. the form data is coming from http://www.alleycatmusic.net/openmic/reg-form-test.cfm

anyone out there know how i should modify this code so that i receive the form data via e-mail?

i'll show y'all once the thing is done. i have a friend who is programming a really kick ass database app for this. it's gonna be so awesome, and so automatic... which will really boost my productivity... something that i need badly! hehe...
