I'm using window home XP. Was wondering where to find the program to see what is running or how many programs are running. Seems like sometimes the computer runs just fine and times where its a slug.

umm... do you mean alt+control+delete? ...The task manager?

you can also get task manager by right clicking on your task bar at the bottom and choose task manager.

C:\WINDOWS\PCHEALTH\HELPCTR\BINARIES\msconfig.exe
Or just type msconfig in the run menu.
Try this and use selective and be in control.
