These sites will help the seasoned pc user/builder and anyone new to building or upgrading their own pcs and wanting to learn the proper ways to install hardware, software, etc. And they're pretty much up to date. PCstats Beginner's Guides (http://www.pcstats.com/beginners.cfm) & WindowsReinstall.com (http://www.windowsreinstall.com/) The PC Guide (http://www.pcguide.com/)

i dont know how many coders we have out there, but as far as that goes, this site is tops:

http://www.w3schools.com/

they have pretty much all the big web programming languages with great tutorials and lots of good examples. whenever i dont know the exact syntax of something, this is the first place i go.
