Google is your friend.

1.03 - How many frames per second am I running at?

While playing, hit the tilde "~" key (above your "Tab" key; also, you don't have to hit the shift key) to bring up the console. Then type "fps 1" to have the frames per second displayed; type "fps 0" to disable it. Note that "fps" is a shortcut for the full console command "Console.showfps". You'll see the instantaneous rate and average rate in the upper left corner of your screen (turn off the radio buttons to see the whole display better).

Type in the other game names and fps with them into google, that'll net you the results.

Okay because I'm bored:

Battlefield 2: http://www.gamespot.com/pc/action/battlefield2/hints.html
Battlefield 1942: http://www.planetbattlefield.com/intel/faq.html
Call of Duty: http://www.actiontrip.com/cheats/callofduty.phtml

On these pages you'll find info on other commands as well as how to show FPS.

I would suggest downloading "FRAPS", it will monitor all fullscreen apps framerates and log information for benchmarking, it isn't be best out there, but it works.
