we just bought this game juiced for the pc and we cant get it to do anything he can log-in but we cant get past the menu the screen just exits out to my desktop no error message or anything its like we pressed exit.... we meet all the requirements and everything...were stumped......help please!!!!!!!

well first things to check is to make sure that your drivers and directx are all up to date. Also see if the game has any patches out for it.

Then try running it with any firewall/anti-virus software dissabled. What else, oh try different screen resolutions.
