If you are a minor (under 18) I NEED TO KNOW
I'm gonna have to have a release form signed by the mom/dad, you know how it goes.
Mostly, because there will be pictures taken, we need all minors' parents to sign an image release form saying that if we ever post your picture on short-media we won't get sued
you know how it goes.
Please PM me if you're a minor. Thanks!
I'm too lazy to click the PM key.
Just PM me.

Private recording of images (moving and still) or voice is completely permissable in a public place or with permission on private property. If you were to put those photos or video on a website, for example, without making the attendees aware then it could be seen as unlawful usage if it is in promotion of a product or concept.

oh, well, I was gonna video tape a bunch of stuff and then compile a video and probably put it on purposeless, should I perhaps bring some sort of sign-off form with me or something?

If we had some sort of "mass-waiver", then we'd only need one signature from each kiddi... err minor.
