Rip DVDs to put on Creative Zen Vision

Does anyone know of a good, free, and easy-to-use program to rip dvds and convert to mp4, divx, or avi?

I just got a creative zen vision, and I was wanting to put a few movies on it...

You wanna go for media coder

Its a free app, and you can load 'profiles' someone on the anythingbuyipod forums has created an xml profile for the zen vision m... I've used it to convert video to the correct format for the zen.

You would however need to rip your dvd's to your pc first - not 100% sure how to do this as I've not done it - but i know theres a myrad of tools to do it - and im sure many are free
