Apparently, certain Chrysler vehicles are so easy to steal, that the city of Detroit is giving free steering wheel locks (http://www.autoblog.com/2007/06/13/detroit-buys-wheel-locks-for-chrysler-owners/) to certain owners.

Looks like I won't be driving my Jeep to next year's LAN

But after one stolen Jeep, driven by a 13-year-old boy, rammed into a car and killed a woman and her baby during a police chase, the city decided a new strategy was needed. The city is offering residents and workers in Detroit's Eastern District wheel locks for their non-Sentry Key Chryslers in an effort to stop the thefts. Part of the project is funded by State Farm Insurance. The police department is also offering free glass etching to all drivers citywide.

Same difference... If you go east from Detroit you'll get to Canada too, just a different part...

There's no bridge to the east. You really have to drive South to get to Canada in Detroit.

I know that... I wasn't talking about how to get there, I was mainly just saying that Canada is East of Detroit...
