It's so small it can be powered by the nominal voltage in an ethernet line. It packs both flash memory and RAM, and it runs Windows CE. It can handle basic internet tasks, with a plethora of USB ports for connectivity.

Since the device runs on the power provided by an ethernet line, I'd imagine not much.
