Quick Question - Firewalls

I have BitDefender Antivirus Plus and Zone Alarm Pro. Bit is looking after viruses and Zone Alarm is Spyware, both have firewalls running.

I'm sure I read somewhere that having more than one firewall running isn't good, if that's the case should I disable the BitDefender one?

Yes firewalls usually access the kernel and both may conflict with each other.

You should disable one, whether it is the BitDefender one or ZoneAlarm.
