Opening a .MDF File with Windows Vista

I am having problems attepting to open a .MDF File with Windows Vista, does anyone know how I can do it?

Depends is it an .mdf cd image or an .mdf database file?

If you're referring to an Alcohol 120% MDF file then they are normally just ISO files with a different file extension, just change the name and use it as such.
