A co-worker bought the iRiver Clix from the woot-off and it just totally kicks ass, but the software doesn't seem to work. I'm hoping someone here might have a clue.
Basically the iRiver is seen by the PC, we can even navigate through it as a external drive, but the software says it's disconnected so he can't do anything with it such as convert files so it's readable by the iRiver Clix device.
