please help me

Hi I don't know if this is the right place to post this thread here...but I need some help. I have a file ...a Msn log file...it has been deleted but it has also been undeleted. The problem is that it dosn't work now....I can't read anything....I don't know if some did some changes or.... I don't know....It is quite important for me this file...Can someone tell me what is the problem and how can I see it again???

please help...thanks in advance...

p.s. I cannot attach the file I dont't know why...maybe it's because it's an XML file...

Specifically how was the file deleted and then undeleted? This is important to determine its recoverability.

it was deleted with Shift+del ...but how was undeleted I don't know...I didn't undelete it :(:(:( but isn't anything that I can do to read it???

I asked the person that gave it to me....is was deleted with Shift+ Del and it was undeleted with a program called: Drive Resque... I hope you can help me now :(
