Need Help Uninstalling MS OFfice in Vista

I need some help uninstalling MS Office Student 2007 from a Vista machine. I attempted to uninstall it using an uninstall program (Your Uninstaller 2006), but it didn't remove everything. I still have the icons on the desktop. When you click on them they still open Word, Excel, etc. When I go into the add/remove portion of Vista, the program appears to be removed. Can someone help me remove this using some other method!!!!!

There's a few components to remove, including some Office 2003 addons and some Outlook contacts manager BS.
