Two bills seek to remedy the ending moratorium on Internet service tax (http://arstechnica.com/news.ars/post/20070921-as-deadline-looms-senate-still-debating-fate-of-internet-tax-moratorium.html): one extends it for 4 years, the other makes it permanent.
