Some of you might have seen email messages like this, but I hadn't seen any heads-up threads to help our members avoid them.

The email looks like this:

If you click on the link they provide it takes to to a website that asks you for a lot of personal information and questions about any student loans you might have. There is nothing about a job in any of it. ANd if you click the " I_wish_to be taken_off your_mailing list" Link, be ready for 100s of spam emails a day..... :mad2:

This scam email was for an Admin Assistant position, but I've received them for Database Admins, Network Analyst, etc..

If you're looking for work, and get one of these, send it to your SPAM folder, its not real.

To me, unsolicited personal email = spam. Every time.

My resume is on most of the IT related jobsites, so its not totally unsolicited..

Just some jackass trying to take advantage of a job seeker
