Extracting Occurences from Matrix

I have matrix with the results from 10,000 dice rolls, results, that I'm plotting with - hist(results,[2:12]). How would I get the hard numbers out of results and put in a table?

Face 2 3 4 …. 12
Occurences 800 900 950 970
