Any way to get just the sound from a .mpg? I have a video, but I want just the sound, maybe in .mp3 format or something. Is it possible?

Get a program called VirtualDubMod. Open your MPEG.

Go to STREAMS -> Stream list -> Hit "Save wav." This will strip the audio.

Use CDex to convert wav -> .mp3 with LAME.
