The US Dept of Homeland Security allowed anyone to reply-all to a newsletter it sent out, which <a href="http://www.eweek.com/article2/0,1895,2192161,00.asp" target="_blank">resulted in a mini-DDoS</a> as thousands of e-mails were generated by each reply. (via /.)
