Do you know if there are any of these that look really nice that are free?
I just installed a program for viewing my windows that I have open but arent on the top, in a preview window. Its smaller but it makes me sure of which window I want on the top.
Try checking out wincustomize.com, they may have screen savers like that for free.

If you're looking for something like Compiz/Beryl on Windows, start here. (http://www.tuxmachines.org/node/14771)
If you're looking for something that will give you a window preview using the alt-tab menu (faster and less cumbersome than the above option) the 'alt-tab' replacement (http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/powertoys/xppowertoys.mspx) XP Powertoy will suit you nicely.

His new version is; his older version is not.
Scroll to the bottom of the page, there are 2 mirror links to the older version file.
