So, like a lot of people around here I spend 10+ hours working away at the computer. I was hoping people may be able to give some recommendations on good ergonomic computer chairs. I've done my research and it appears that the aeron, steelcase leap, and freedom chairs are big leaders, but I'm hoping to get some personal experience from all of you out there. I know it'll probably be a pricey purchase but figure it's worth it. For reference, I'm 6'1" 180lbs.
Any help or places to purchase are appreciated

I can't comment on the chair, but I can comment on the back.
Get out of the chair at least once every 2 hours and have a 10 minute walk. Not a standing around break, but walk. I made the mistake not doing this. For my trouble I developed 2 bulged disks. I was in the wrong type of chair to begin with. But the fatigue didn't stop after the company bought me a $500 chair. The walks relieved my pain. So take this as much needed advice if you're not doing it already.
Yeah I get up and out of my chair as much as possible and just stretch. They don't let me take breaks anymore... it's illegal but they don't care. Just a couple more months and I am gone, woot.
I also have recently begun doing isometric exercises to help prevent carpel and help with the back as well. But I only just began that so I dunno how well it is, but damn I am sore already.

I try to limit my time when gaming to 20-25 minutes before I get up and move a bit to give both my eyes and my body a break.
If you do find a good (cheap!) ergonomic chair, please be sure to let us know!
