"There has been a debate over the past years when it comes to choosing the right 3D accelerated VGA cards. No doubt, 3D cards based on NVIDIA chip were the choice among 3D gamers few years ago and ATi wasn't getting much attention; plagued by poorly programmed driver and unimpressive performance."

"Object Desktop is a fantastic suite, although it does have the potential to overwhelm certain users. Novices will be intimidated by the amount of separate components which make up this suite. I believe Stardock would have been further ahead to group everything together neatly, allowing you to change each aspect of Windows (skinning, desktop, Start menu, etc…) within one application."

"The Dell system case is truly excellent. Pressing a couple of buttons on the top and bottom of the case allows you to split it in half and open the whole case up. All the drive cages lever forward with the front of the case giving you unrestricted access to the system internals. A quick poke around gives you an idea as to why this machine is so quiet. Instead of a CPU fan, there’s a massive heatsink complete with copper heat pipes. This is subsequently cooled by a large 92mm fan, which, due to its dimensions spins slower than a smaller CPU fan, and thus creates less noise. "

"We are no stranger to power supply reviews around here, in fact this will be our fifth. A friend wanted me to play Unreal Tournament the other day and I told him I couldn't as I was writing a power supply review. "A power supply review, what can you write about a power supply?" was his reply. That my friends is the public's general misconception about Power Supply's. What they do for your PC is mostly seamless and you can't physically see what they do for you. People seem to think any psu will do as long as it's cheap and it runs their PC."

"Without a doubt, the most amazing thing about this little beauty from Sony is the price. At under £130 including VAT on the street, the TJ25 looks like an absolute bargain, but what kind of compromises has Sony had to make to achieve this price point?"

"Johan Grundstrom aka mashie was born in Sweden in the mid seventies. In 1998 he put an angle grinder to a computer case for the first time unknowing that he a few years later should lift his arms as the winner of The Summer 2002 CPL Consummate Computer Competition (C3) taking home the biggest cash prize ever. His cases have been featured in printed media all over the world such as America, Taiwan and United Kingdom. Now the media notices him again after several other mods such as the Anemone and the Intel '3' case with his newest work: The Y2K bug."

"Today we are featuring another Warren Liick modification. His last one made headlines all over the internet for the amazing quality and build of the PlayStation 1 LCD modified into his PC Case. Today he brings us an awesome modification where he takes a simple remote and a game pad, modifies them together to create the ultimate control panel for the front of anyone's PC case! Of course this description doesn't do his mod justice, you simply have to come read it."
