My case has 3 ys tech 120x38mm fans (adding a 4th later) . They are a bit loud. They also have 4 pin molex connectors. Any suggestions on what to do to control these fans?
I found this thing: http://www.okgear.com/BC9901.htm
but it controls using sensors, I want to manually control it.

It only has 3, but I will be making another on top above the 5.25 bays. I got mine for 49.99 because they mislabeled the price, about 2 hours after my purchase the price went up to 79.99.

also has front and rear slots for 80mm fans.

just like you would build, except easier and it works.

And the fact that it takes an AC input doesn't matter, apparently... :D

I just got my Noise Isolator (http://www.noiseisolator.com/fc-525pw.html) from sidewindercomputers.com, and I'm very happy with it. Can control two fans per knob simultaneously (light around the knob dims slightly when turned down too, nice touch), so up to six high-powered fans. It also has two small 4-pin connectors (like on a 3.5" floppy) and a molex adapter so you can plug a CCFL kit into the unit to be controlled by one of the two switches on the unit. So far it beats the pants out of the 3.5" enermax unit that couldn't handle my Vantec Tornado (equivalent) CPU fan, on which one of the channels burned out in a few weeks.
Got a spare floppy (3.5") bay? I like THESE (http://www.adpmods.com/xcart/customer/home.php?cat=27) , use the silver one tho older version and I don't know what the improvements are. I like the fact that it's a very clean look, I hate all the labelling you get on most fan controllers. That's CDN$ pricing and a very reliable e-tailer, (I've bought there and received outstanding service on multiple occasions) tho I'm pretty sure you can find the same thing in the U.S.

Vantec Rheobus (http://www.koolcases.com/vafanco1.html)
Works well. I have 3 x 120 running off of it. Newegg probably has this or its counterpart; Sunbeam.
