spyware advertisements

Question, maybe someone can give me advice as what to do. I keep getting this spyware advertisement that pops on on every website that I go to. It is very annoying and I can not figure out how to get this pop-up off. Any tips or suggestions on how to remove this would help. THANKS

1: Go here (http://www.lavasoft.com) and get Adaware.
2: Scan computer
3: ?????
4: Profit!†

†And by profit, I mean removal of most if not all spyware and adware you have.
