On average, what does it cost to buy a new domain name? Bruce, what does Sarcnet charge for this service?

I usually use 1and1.com for my domain purchases. They charge an annual fee of $6.99 each for most TLDs.

I always use Dotster because their management interface suits me, but they charge $13.95 a year

sarcnet doesn't do this, we're not an ICANN-approved registrar. Companies to register domain names off the top of my head:

6.95 for .coms trough go daddy if you google go daddy promo codes
