Can anyone throw together a quick list of rcon commands so that any of us can kick/ban/change maps?

1st thing to do: rcon_password "insert password Prime sends you" without the quotes

Then you must procede any command with "rcon"

rcon changlevel {insertlevelnamehere} without the brackets. Note: the level name must be the proper name for the map, so:
tc_hydro
cp_well
cp_granary
cp_dustbowl
cp_gravelpit
ctf_2fort

status = lists all players (userid, name, uniqueid (steamid) connected (time) ping loss stat adr) it is kind of hard to read, but you should do that first so you can see who to kick.
rcon users = alternate way to display users on server instead of above
rcon kick "playersname" = kicks user off server (you have to use quotes, based on what I have found on the net)
rcon kickban "playersname" = kicks and bans

Is there any way to get the Mani Admin Plugin on the server? I know it's a rented server so I'm not sure what kind of access you have to it. I have a TF2 server setup with mani admin if you need help.

I looked at that...yes it can be put on AFAIK.

What are the advantages?

It simplifies everything, all the admin commands are included in a menu (no need for rcon really). Then there are additional plugins that allow for even more fancy stuff. You can have map votes and change server settings on the fly.

I like the Mani admin it is on all of our servers, I have an admin keybind I use "p" this brings up all the options pretty sweet.

What about getting the Mani admin mod on our server?
Can it be set to {IC} team members have limited access for those rcon commands?
Or equal to those commands?
And, Would it be possible or would it be hard to get setup on the server?

I wouldn't think so but have to ask, was the password changed? I have the dev console open ingame and enter rcon_password XXXXXXXXXXX but after when I try and change the level I am told I'm not running the server?

As ryder said, the proper command is:

rcon changelevel mapname
