Unstable Connection

Hai all, recently my internet's been pretty.... crap to be honest. I keep getting disconnected from games, MSN, and my connection speed (between here and the router) is often at 1mbps-5.5mbps. At best it's at 24mbps, average 11. It SHOULD be, and used to be at 54mbps, during which time I had no problems at all... nothing's changed at all- Halp?

I'm not sure what it was to be honest :P Although when I'm ready I'm sure I'll be appreciating the complexities, mysteries and the (insert third word here) of the thing known as.... booze :D
