Yep... with Leonardo stepping down as an voting member of the ICx Committee, <s>we needed a stiff</s> we needed another member. Technocrat has been an adviser since July but not able to vote so his name was brought up in conversation.

The committee deliberated for 79 hours straight and then we actually discussed making Technocrat a voting member. We agreed and offered Technocrat the position. He <s>stupidly</s> accepted!!! ;D
