Hard Drive Changed Letters

One of my external hard drives was listed in My Computer as being drive H, now it is drive I, even though the other drive USB input that My Computer temporarily named H has been removed. How do I make the external drive drive H?

start -> run -> diskmgmt.msc -> right click on the drive -> "Change drive letters and paths" -> Click "Change" -> Select drive letter of choice.

Done!

Sometimes just restarting the PC will do it.
