So, it seems the 1337 is sitting at ICHQ waiting for another round of fun.
1337 tells me he's feeling a little slow since 2007 wasn't very good to him. He wants to visit 15 members' homes before 2009 kicks in.
To do this, he has a plan. He's leaving his luggage here in ICHQ (the memorabilia he's picked up along the way) so that's he's lighter (and therefore costs less shipping). At the end of the year, he'll drop it off here again and rest up for a 2009 tour.
Stuff to know before you ask the 1337 Processor (http://icrontic.com/forum/showthread.php?t=30524&highlight=1337+processor) to visit:
he costs $20 (to the ICx fund for Folding rigs)
you pay the shipping to the next person (potentially international!)
wait for the ICx donation to be made BEFORE shipping (I will confirm for you)
he cannot tarry with you more than _2 weeks_ if he's to reach his goal (or exceed it)
when he's ready to move, post a "for sale" thread in the DD&TP. The first person to reply gets it! (No reply to such a thread after a week means his tour is over :( )
add something (non-permanent, non-organic) to the 1337 and ship it along to the next person. Try and make it something unique, and the smaller and lighter the better ;)
If you get it in December, PM me and send him home! We'll kick in $20 to the fund then too.This should raise $300 for the ICx Fund, which should be adequate to update a rig. :cool:
Be on the lookout in the DD&TP... he's itching to move out some time this week :D
