What's old is new again, haha!

Was digging through some old, old data and came across a whole whack of team IC\SM screenshots and various memorabilia from the early days dating back to early 2002 just after this Team made it's start into F@H in the fall of 2001.

So I'm creating this thread as a scrapbook of sorts for myself and others to post tidbits of our past in tribute of our Team. (I'm sure some of you guys must have a backed up folder somewhere of screenshots, etc...)

Haha, I joined earlyish 2004 so I wasn't around for that. It was awesome! :thumbsup:

I do have the "Helping Hand" song and the later SM F@H movies stored somewhere on my HD's though. :)

EDIT: Those and the SM anniversary movies! :D

Here's a screenie from waaaaaaaay back. We had 18,418 total points. Funny to look at now as SM23 alone generates 30,000 points in one month. We also had a total of 93 people that joined the team, (of course only 53 were actively folding).

Here we broke 500 points in a single update for the very first time. This was a big deal, haha! By comparison, we now produce an avg of 32,000 points over a single update.

Here is a shot from Thursday, Jan 23/03. This one tells a few stories.

- Prime & Keebs started folding sometime in the late stages of '02. Not sure how long the time was between snapshots, but, Brian submitted 827 points in that update with only having 200 to begin with.

- Bart Williams was still typing amongst us.

- csimon was our folding pharaoh with a whopping 41,385 points!

- Lot's of old names of people I haven't heard of in a long time... DragonAce, seversphere, Vicodin, t1rhino...hope they are well.

Bart Williams was one of the reasons I started Folding. I remember that a bunch of us were folding in his name back in the day to try to meet a point goal.

I plugged in an old hard drive of mine, it has to be the one I used my senior year of HS and during college cause its got a bunch of that crap on it too. But I found some old IC/SM stuff on it too as well as some nekkid pics of my old g/f. Haha blackmail.
