Time Warner, the same company that has announced plans to charge overage fees (http://icrontic.com/news/time_warner_attempts_to_monetize_bandwidth) to "heavy users", has just announced that it will now be offering free streaming HBO content.
So let's get this straight. Free streaming HBO, but overage fees for bandwidth usage from the same company. Kthx.
The alternative here is if they choose not to charge overages for their own content, a blatant slam to Network Neutrality, the penalties of which Comcast currently is learning about from the Justice Dept.
