AMD dumps 'Dozer for Phenom-based Fusion:<br>
AMD has changed their roadmap for the GPU+CPU chip known as "Fusion" several times already. At this point, it's pure speculation that AMD's most recent decision to put Fusion on a Phenom chassis will stick (http://arstechnica.com/news.ars/post/20080126-amd-ditches-dozer-taps-phenom-for-cpugpu-fusion-edit.html). But it's good to know, nevertheless, that AMD is moving along.

The hype for Windows 7 has already started. As we reported a few days ago, Microsoft recently shipped a benchmark code release of their next version of Windows to vendors. Known as "M1" it's a significant step in the development of this operating system. The code release will allow early evaluations, and the beginning of driver design for the would-be OS. When you sign up for Google's adsense program, you have a couple days to opt out with no hassle. This grace period allows for the correction of various registration errors. Unscrupulous firms, however, have rapidly registered domain names with adsense, and then kept only the ones that generate significant money, with content on the page or no.
