It seems I don't have the privilege of knowing you or your clanmates well (My computer has been down for the count while IC and UPS has mingled), but I wish you, your wife and your future daughter the very best.

Piper is already got more eye hand coordination than I do and she's not even 4. I KID YOU NOT.

Braeden loves to sit in my lap and watch the "purrty" colors in TF2... Reds, blues, bit and pieces of my victims... You know. :D

it doesn't take long, fellas. Soon your kids will be pwning YOUR face in a game. It's a sweet feeling :p

The other day my boys and I all met up at a control point, from three different sides, killed all the enemies, and stood there looking at each other after the chaos like "Dad?" ... "Perry?" "Kyle? Is that you?" WOOOOOO!!!!

I don't have kids, but I understand what you're saying. Our children will be so much better at games than we'll ever be. It's strange. My family members than have kids is proving this fact today. My cousin (UPS Slicer) has been playing games all his life, but his kid (UPS Weezer) is incredible at games - Guitar Hero, TF2, Crysis... It's insane. I don't understand it, it's like they're saturated in the games as they're born.

One of my friends online has a 4 year old son who plays TF2... I don't even know if I knew how to hold onto a controller at that age.

No children here and glad!.....for now(20 years old with a kid wouldn't be the greatest position).

I think it has to do with what you were brought up around, like our generation... Computers have only recently (over the past few years) been seen as a household thing but when we were 'nippers' they were very scarce.

It's becoming a technological age!!!

Very true. I didn't get my hands on my first real computer until around '97, and I didn't start to really get into it until I was a freshman in high school. Then I was hooked, got into programming and all that stuff, and learned a ton. Kids these days had the internet pretty much as soon as they were literate. Must be nice.

But still, I've been gaming on consoles since I was like 5. And even stuff like that kids seem to still be looking better than I am. Bt I'm primarily PC gaming now, the complexity seems to favor the older gamers.

I actually got a Sega Genesis when I was 4. I spent countless days just running Sonic through levels. Another game I had was Radical Rex. It was a freakin dinosaur on a skateboard!

Congrats, Hitman.

I've been gaming pretty much my whole life (20 now) and I don't think I'll ever stop. Sonic the Hedgehog for life!

It's *******s like Jack Thompson that try to ruin it for everyone. I like to play first person shooters, but that doesn't mean I'm gonna go out and shoot someone because I can do it on a videogame. Video games don't cause violence, bad parenting/already-crazy-kids do!

Another great game I used to play when I was 7 or 8 was Goldeneye for the N64. I beat that game in a day, which isn't proving much. But I was only 7 at the time.

That game only had like 20 levels so it wasnt that long. Plus i played on easy... one shot = death.

Congrats, man. While my daughter is not a gamer, some great years were when she was a kid- don't spend 'em all behind a PC.
