Nice my friend..it is indeed Wedge, the unsung hero of episode 4,5 and 6. I was watching star wars today and realized that I've never seen Wedge with his helmet off and wondered what her looked like.

Oh and he's the uncle to Ewin Mcgregor, Young Obi Wan.
