Annoying bubble when in 640x480

My TVPC, being on a TV, is used at a desktop resolution of 640x480. Every ~6 hours (and after every boot), a bubble pops up in the tray telling me "You are using very low display settings, please right click on the desktop and select properties...", or something to that effect.

How could I disable this?

I think xp-antispy comes with an option to disable the bubble popups, but I can't remember now...and i gotta run to class :[
