TweakMonsters with Arctic Alumina Epoxy if I'm not mistaken... :D

Hope you don't ever plan on taking those off! I used both of those on my 9800 NP to cool the memory... helped in a 7 MHz (14 DDR) increase, so nothing really major.

I'm interested in seeing how high that 0.13 micron 9600 core will go.. :)
