Xbox 360 Error code 80072746

I keep on getting this error code 80072746. This all started to happen just one week after I bought the 120gb HDD and this was about a month ago. I can't download videos or games all I get is this 80072746. Furthermoore I called support and he acted like he had never seen this issue before and he wanted me to reset to whole network I told him several times I did that already.

You might have a problem with your router or modem. Try calling Xbox live support though, I'm no expert on this but if you can hook up to Xbox live but cant download anything, I'd say it might be your router or modem.

Try bypassing your router. See if directly connecting to your modem works. If so, you may need to forward some ports on your router, or enable uPnP.
