Removing the jumper from a hard drive?

The jumper on my seagate is hard to remove, I have tried tweasers but fear of breaking it, I was stretching the plastic above it.

Is there any special tools to remove jumpers in general? Maybe the tweasers im using are too thick at the end.

Needle-nose pliers. Shouldn't be difficult to remove.
