Command Prompt Error

Hello! i have just experienced this error yesterday, trying to access the CMD.
when i go to start>run>cmd>ok = CMD would open. The problem is when CMD is opened, automaticaly theres a restart error thingi that countdowns 1 second, that shut downs my PC. I would be expecting quick replies! Thankies!!

Sometimes viruses or trojan horses can cause this behavior. As a first step, I would head over to the Virus/trojan horse help area and post a hijackthis log. :)
