I sure am.

Unless I've just had a fresh reboot and haven't been on my system for more than a couple of hours I normally have a few Mozilla browsers open (3-6) and each of them has numerous tabs, like this:

;D ;D ;D :)

I know you use Gecko-based browsers, Prime . . . what does your tab-bar look like?

Wow and i thought i had many tabs open. I'm running opera but don't usually have more than 10-15 tabs open in one browser unless i read reviews. When i do i google for them and open anything that looks like a review in a new tab increasing the number of tabs to 20 or more.

But who would, after discovering the beauty of tabs, want to use a browser without tabs. Not me that's for sure. Imagine having 10 windows open. :)

I normally have about 5 browser windows open with about 9 tabs in each. Helps keep things more organised.....

Organised hmm. But people who see my desktop think it looks very messy yet most of the time i can still find what i want so i'm not gonna start a debate over what's organised and what's not. We all have our systems that outsiders don't understand but they don't have to either.

thats some serious multitasking.

I usually only have about 3-4 windows open at once for the internet. Sometimes more or less.

10 Mozillas open, but 4 are only viewing page source, so 6 are used for actual web-pages. Of the 6, four have multiple tabs.

I do not bohter, Opera has multiwindow capability and is tabbable and I use that a lot, and cut-n-paste links that way. But, log about 2-3 hours a day on web (used to be webhead, surfed 10-14 hours a day), and box itself logs more (FTPing stuff for both boxes). I watch less TV than I surf, read more than surf, you might call me a biblioholic (reading addict, knowledge addict, both in one, more literal meaning is one who is a bibiograghic addict). :D

:eek2: How much CPU usage is that taking? That's nuts. What the hell are you looking at all at once?

I usually look at one thing, close it (or open a link to the next and then close it) then on to the next or maybe have 2 or 3 windows open when comparing, pretty simple, never had the need for 20+ browser windows/tabs/whatever open

go figure.

When I have multiple windows and multiple tabs it normally doesn't use any CPU usage....

I watched Task Manager for a few seconds.
Mozilla ate as much as 9% CPU and as little as 6% CPU.

Normally I don't have quite that many tabs open, but I'd say I average anywhere from as few as 15 to as many as 30 tabs at any given time which 20-25 being probably being where the number lies most often. In those cases Mozilla usually consumes 0-2%

Most of the tabs are: PHP-related, cars/trucks-related or S-M-related. Some of the others are google and I don't recall off hand the rest.
