Vista Ultimate Game Removal

Just wondering how to remove games (built into the OS) from Vista or Vista Ultimate in particular?

I want to use my laptop for Working and Learning purposes... so i'm wanting games removed! these are the solitaire, minesweeper etc...

In past versions of Windows, you could go to add/remove programs, and switch from 'installed programs' list to the 'windows features' list. From there the games could be turned off.

If Vista works differently, maybe someone else knows :)
