Finally after complaining for almost 4 weeks

Finally after all this trouble i had with MSN and Quest Justice has been served

I FINALLY HAVE INTERNET BACK!!! w00t!! man.. i thought i was gonna die

anyways, Msn was being a pain in the butt, they for some reason when i activated the service i recived the DSL Modem and all that Jazz, but the service never really got activated.... so everyday i would spend about an hour on the phone with MSN, they kept telling me that i had my modem connected wrong and all this and that, so i said forget this!! i took an extension cord my modem and the DSL cable directly out to the Network Interface Box, sure enough after all that hassle it was THEIR FAULT AND NOT MINE! HA! so the guy calls quest and says whats up and he's like "oops it said on our records that you have had the service activated for 132 days" i was like WTF!!! and the guy said something must be wrong, then the next day i woke up, BAM i had internet..... i called them back and started yapping to them about how they kept telling me it was all my fault and this and that and they gave me 3 free months of DSL!! w00t!!

ahh... sorry about that... i had to get it out of my system....

Heh, I know how you feel... I have sbc, and with the ****ups that they are, They havent gotten a bill right yet and I have had them for almost 1.5 years... So last month i decided to call and yell like I always do, and also make them send me a new dsl modem cause i borked my other one... So anyway after i was done, I got dsl free for 6 months, 26.95 after that for life and a new 2 wire dsl router!!! And a taped promise that it wouldnt happen again. Got my bill yesterday and it read correctly at 92.55 W00T!!!!

Well take into consideraion dsl 26.95 + taxes = 30 something |+ sbc all distance & phone with everything 62.99 + taxes.. But i pay no long distance and if i did, i would be up **** creek w/o a paddle...

Wait till the bill arrives and you see that they were charging you for that 132 days then subtract the 3 months free and you still got ripped for 1 1/2 months.
