Any way to fool Paypal with my IP address?

Not looking to be crooked.
However, Paypal is crooked and have frozen all my funds and locked me out.
Reason? I sold an item on Ebay that had just been updated and tested at thye factory. It was like new. The buyer recieved it and a few days later gave me positive feedback.
10 days later, it would appear he broke it and filed a dispute. Paypal almost always sides with a buyer and they did so against me.
Anyway, I would like to know if it's possible to set up an Ebay and Paypal account in such a way as to not have them recognize me.
Even if it means buying a new computer?
I thought maybe if I change from Comcast to a sattellite company, I would be unrecognizeable?
Any help would be appreciated.
I am not what you would consider computer literate.
I'm 60 years old and have only learned to use a computer in the last 5 years- VERY SLOWLY. :-(

If it's a violation of the terms of service of another provider, it's not something we can assist you with.

I could be wrong, but I don't think that eBay bans you completely for a single bidder's complaint. It's likely that your PayPal account was frozen because the bidder may have disputed the charge with their credit card. If that's the case you may simply be out that much money, but you may be able to get your account unlocked if you give them a refund. It's unfair to you, but it beats simply losing everything you have in your account.

Correct. I am not banned from Ebay. I can clear my Paypal account, if I give them $764.00
It was by chargeback and it was totally fraudulent.
I can not get myself to pay $764.00 to Paypal, because they paid it to crooked Paypal members!
Sorry if I posted on the wrong forum, being computer illiterate, I looked all options over and this looked like the most likely.
It's $764.00 so it feels like an emergency to me. :-)
I will look somewhere else for help.
