Like him or not, his style had a huge impact on the comedy scene. Plus, he was awesome in Thomas the Tank Engine and Friends.

I did not like him when I was younger... Until I started to hate this world's way of doing things, He seemed too bitter. Now... he's f#$%'n brilliant.

Damn, I really liked him. He was very cynical but I loved it. The pissed off old man act just made me laugh.

I listened to a radio interview of him a few months ago. He decided what he wanted to do when he was young and he did it. I think everyone has heard the seven words you can never say on television bit. :D

Yesterday afternoon, George Carlin died in his home in LA. One of the best damn comedians of...Ever just dropped off the face of the world. He died of heart failure, leaving behind a career that couldn't be beat. Nearly 50 years in comedy by my figuring, he had done so much for free speech.

True genius.
If what he says about his drug use is true, he was probably happy to make it past 50. :D Keith Richards still outlived him though. Can't make sense of that.

Keith Richards still outlived him though. Can't make sense of that. Not to continue the off topic.. but that truly is an anomaly in the space time continuum.

There was a Robin Williams joke that the last two life forms on Earth after a nuclear war would be cockroaches and Keith Richards.
