im haven a problem with minimizing screens!

I was wondering if anyone has had a problem with games imimizing, even if there is no pop-up or other program running.
I know its not the game because it does it in both counterstrike and XIII. Anyone have any idea?

I had that problem; was due to a quirky driver install. Redid it, worked fine.
